Populous provided a visionary master plan for a comprehensive entertainment/retail/convention/event neighborhood. The plan is anchored by the addition of a multi-purpose facility that provides opportunities for expanded convention pre-function areas. The development would provide diverse activities as well as links to the existing convention/assembly complex.
The neighborhood is designed as a significant downtown destination that further enhances existing and proposed downtown development including a museum/performance district, office development and housing.
