Since 1998, Populous has been involved in a number of master plans for the redevelopment of Eagle Farm, one of the two main racecourses in Brisbane.
The master plan has involved the redevelopment of the public stands, including the design of an entirely new stand for 5,000 spectators. It also looked at the relocation of the mounting yard, possible introduction of new on-course stabling, and new commercial opportunities. It has also involved a track survey and an examination of the possible heritage value of the buildings.
